Ad blockers, privacy settings, and late-loading scripts hide a meaningful share of purchases from browser tracking. Those orders still happened - your ad platform just never heard about them, so it optimises against an incomplete picture.
We deliver every paid order to OpenAI server-side as well as in the browser, with a shared event ID so nothing is counted twice. Then we report the part no ad platform can show you: what that recovered, in your own currency, tied to real Shopify orders.

Emails are hashed, never sent
Customer emails are hashed one-way before anything leaves your store. Raw addresses are never transmitted.
Phone numbers are never read
Not in any tier, not as an option. They are not needed for conversion measurement, so we do not touch them.
Consent-gated in the EU and UK
Where consent is required, personal data is attached only when the customer has given it. The conversion still counts either way.
Keys encrypted, delivery monitored
API keys are encrypted at rest with rotation support, and delivery is checked automatically - so a break gets noticed rather than quietly costing you data.
